*We require the data from you two business days before the Phonecast event (comma-delimited, .csv, format; we provide a data map); recordings also need to be completed two business days prior to your Phonecast.
Phonecast EVENT
EVENT
On the day of your Phonecast, we will train screeners and either arrive on-site or engage you virtually to help you get everything into place. At the appointed time, our off-site engineer will start the dialing (we dial several thousands of numbers per minute).
Live answer recipients hear your pre-recorded invitation and stay on the line to join; a pre-recorded audio message from you is left for all answering machines
Participant Q&A
Community Phonecast begins as participants continue to join “in-progress”. Participants who wish to ask a question are routed to the screener, who verifies information and the question, then places the person into the question queue.

- Captured Data
- Deposition of each Dial
- Time participants were connected
- Responses to polling questions
Answering All Questions
You end the Phonecast at the appointed time – or whenever you determine is best, because you can see real-time statistics for Phonecast participation. Those remaining on the Phonecast (including those who did not get to ask a question) are invited to record a comment or question that is saved as an MP3 file to the individual’s data-record.
